Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, f888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud, prohibited conduct, or illegal activity, to forfeit the balance entirely.
You may close your f888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified cash balance remaining in the account — net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
Self-exclusion requests — whether for a defined period or permanently — are processed as account closures and are subject to the same balance return procedure. f888 processes self-exclusion requests without delay and will not make promotional offers to self-excluded players.
